We are proud to say we offer service and repairs on ANY make, model or year golf cart. There is no job too big or too small that we can't handle! Our extensive parts inventory means we can get your golf cart back up and running as quickly as possible.                                                                                                                            For quality repairs done right the first time, Give our service manager Steve a call at (863)438-0043

Cart Repairs Procedure:
Call customer with estimate for all needed repairs BEFORE ANY WORK IS DONE.
Repair only those items that are approved.
Repairs are billed as follows: parts + labor ($80/hour) w/a 1 hour minimum
In the State of Florida there IS sales tax on labor for mechanical repairs.

Service:
Golf Carts are mechanical items with lots of moving parts that need to be serviced on a regular basis. Like anything else, the better you care for your cart the longer it will last.

The following items need to be maintained weekly:
~Water level in batteries, make sure all plates are covered. DO NOT OVERFILL. You only need to have enough water to cover the plates. Always add water AFTER you have charged the cart.

~Keep battery terminals clean and check entire battery box area to be sure there is no acid buildup. Place a piece of cardboard or old carpet under the cart to catch any acid that weeps or overflows from the batteries. You can also purchase a floorsaver. BATTERY ACID IS VERY CORROSIVE AND WILL RUIN ALMOST ANYTHING IT TOUCHES.

~Keep battery terminals tight. DO NOT use lock nuts, lock washers or locktite on battery terminals.

~Air pressure in tires, check sidewall for manufacturer's recommended tire pressure

The following items need to be serviced no less than once a year:

~Grease fittings Hub Bearings Front and Rear Spring Bushings

~Front End Alignment Brake Cables Accelerator Cables

~Brake Drums Brake Shoes Electrical Connections

~Load Test Batteries Tighten Terminals Check Battery Charger

All items listed above are done as part of our annual service. Be sure to call and schedule yours if it has been more than a year since these items were serviced on your cart.
